TWO EASY STEPS

STEP ONE

Add at least 15cm (6 inches) to your artwork to calculate the bag size you need. Please note, the bag measurements are the outside dimensions of the bag.

This +15cm (6 inch) calculation is based on a 6cm (2.25 inch) deep frame or canvas.

For example, if you have a 60 x 60cm canvas (23.5 x 23.5 inch) in an oak float frame measuring 63 x 63cm (24.3/4 x 24.3/4 inch), and 6cm (2.25 inch) deep, you would choose an 80 x 80cm (31.5 x 31.5 inch) bag.

If your 60 x 60cm (23.5 x 23.5 inch) canvas is unframed, and 4.8cm (1.3/4 inches) deep, you would still choose an 80 x 80cm (31.5 x 31.5 inch) bag.

If your 60 x 60cm (23.5 x 23.5 inch) painting was on a thin 1cm (.5 inch) deep panel, no frame, you could use the 70 x 70cm (27.5 x 27.5 inch) bag.

Due to the handmade nature of the bags there may be a 2-3cm (1 inch) size variation either way, consider this when measuring. If in doubt, go bigger.

Additional space allows for the depth of your frame and a bit of wriggle room.

STEP TWO

Look at the size chart below for the closest match.

The first measurement (width) is the outside measurement (on the open end).
